Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a golf event? Tap the + button on the home screen, fill in the event details, add rounds, and invite your players. You can manage everything from the event detail screen.

How do I enter scores during a round? From inside an event, tap the round you want to score, then tap on a player's name. Use the + and - buttons to enter their score for each hole. Scores save automatically.

How do scoring modes work?

How do I add a course that's not in the search? After searching, tap "Add Course Manually" at the bottom of the search results. Fill in the course name, location, holes, and par.

How do I invite players to my event? Inside the event, go to Trip Settings and tap "Invite Players." You can search for users by name or email. Players will receive an in-app notification to accept or decline.

What if I receive bad behavior from another user? You can block any user from their profile by tapping the ••• menu and selecting Block. You can also report inappropriate posts using the report button on any post. We review all reports within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including events, scores, and posts, will be removed.

How do I delete a post? Go to your profile, tap the post you want to delete, then tap the ••• menu and select Delete Post.
